The Borough Clerk’s position is governed by New Jersey Statute.
The Borough Clerk is responsible for the preparation of Council meeting
agendas and minutes, advertising ordinances and resolutions, and
maintaining the official records of the Borough.
The Borough Clerk’s Office also serves as a central resource for residents
seeking information and services related to Borough operations and
government activities.
Resident Services
Residents may visit the Borough Clerk’s Office for the following:
- Voter registration applications
- Mail-in ballot applications
- New and renewal passport applications
- Garage sale permits
- Liquor license applications
- Raffle and bingo license applications
- Information regarding Borough departments and activities
Public Records Requests
Citizens interested in obtaining copies of government records may
complete a Government Document Request Form and submit
it to the Borough Clerk’s Office in accordance with applicable law.
