The Child Health conference (CHC) is a well child service for the children of Ridgefield residents, who are infants through six years of age. The services provide free physical examinations, developmental assessments, select screenings, immunizations against vaccine preventable childhood diseases and nurse/physician counseling. The CHC is generally operated for the second and fourth Fridays of each month. Appointments are necessary. To schedule an appointment please call the Health Department at (201) 943-6062.
